To place an order online:
1. Go to the page of the product you wish to order and fill in the information requested. Select the type (if applicable), fill in the quantity and then from the dropdown box choose to whom you are sending the gift. If the person is not listed in the dropdown box, choose "Other." If you choose "Other," a text box will appear below the "Ship To" box. Type the name of the recipient in this box. Then click "Add to Bag."
2. Clicking "Add to Bag" brings you to your Shopping Bag where you can see what products you have chosen to purchase. If you would like to continue perusing Mrs. Prindable’s goodies, click "Continue Shopping" and this will return you to the product page you were last on.
Please Note: If you are going to send the same gift to multiple destinations, you must fill in the quantity and name of the first recipient, and then choose "Add to Bag." Once in the Shopping Bag, click "Continue Shopping." This will return you to the product page you were last on where you will be able to fill in the quantity and name of the next recipient.
3. When you’ve finished shopping, return to the Shopping Bag. You can easily get there by clicking "Shopping Bag" at the top of the page. Once in the Shopping Bag, check to make sure the gifts, quantities and recipients are correct.
REGISTERED CUSTOMERS: Fill in your Email/Username and Password. Signing-in will enable speedier checkout because we’ll be able to reference your on-file information.
NEW CUSTOMERS/GUEST CHECKOUT: If you’re not registered, click the "Go" button. On the next page, you will be given the opportunity to register and take advantage of member benefits, such as reminders, gift lists and order history.
4. REGISTERED CUSTOMERS: Please check over your on-file billing information. Make any necessary changes and then click "Continue Checkout."
NEW CUSTOMERS/GUEST CHECKOUT: Fill in the requested billing information on this page. Be especially sure to fill required data, which are marked by asterisks. Your order won’t go through if these boxes are not correctly filled in. Here, you also have the opportunity to become a member. As a member, your information is kept on file, so in the future you can skip this step.
5. Now, fill in the shipping details for each recipient. Choose a recipient and click "Edit Shipping Details/Gift Message." The site will bring you to an "Edit Shipping Details" page where you can fill in the shipping information for that recipient. Don’t forget to include a personal message! When you’re done, click "Continue Checkout." This will return you to the "Shipping Summary" page. Now choose the next recipient and add their shipping information.
If you are only sending a gift to one person or to yourself, you will automatically go to the "Edit Shipping Details" page where you can fill in the shipping information.
If you have logged in, you will be able to choose addresses to which you have previously shipped.
Once all your shipping information is submitted, click "Continue Checkout."
6. Double-check your order and the shipping details. This is your last opportunity to make changes to your order. If any changes need to be made, click "Change Shipping Details."
Once you’ve checked over your order, scroll down to the Payment Details box. Enter the credit card info that corresponds to the billing address you provided earlier. Click "Place Order."
7. Congratulations! You’ve just ordered a distinctive gourmet gift for yourself and/or friends and family. Print out this order confirmation page as a record of your order. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order. If you are a registered customer, you can track the status of your order in the "My Account" section.
