To further ensure your gourmet gift is as fresh as possible, we use UPS for all of our deliveries. Our standard shipping is 3 Day Time in Transit (3 business days). If you need your gift sooner, we offer 2 Day Air (2 Business days) & 1 Day Air (1 business day).

Shipping Deadlines
We ship via Standard (3 Days Time in Transit) on Monday and Tuesday; via 2nd Day Air, Monday - Thursday and via Next Day Air Saver Monday - Friday. Next Day Air Saver Delivery delivers by 3:00 PM or end of day, depending on location. Next Day Morning Delivery upgrade is available for an additional $6.95. Next Day Morning Delivery delivers by 10 AM or noon, depending on location. Orders received by 12:15 pm can be shipped the same day. 2nd Day orders received after 12:15 pm Thursday or Friday will be shipped on Monday. NOTE: During December and other times of year we will ship on Saturday for Monday (1 Day) or Tuesday (2 Day) delivery--an additional charge of $0.00 applies.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to the 48 Continental States, Alaska and Hawaii. For shipment to remote Alaska and Hawaii locations, an additional charge will apply. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery Locations
We suggest shipping to a location where you know somebody will be available to receive the package, for example, the recipient's workplace. UPS may leave gifts at a destination in which no one is home. But keep in mind, our gifts are perishable and shouldn't be exposed to the elements for too long, especially warm or freezing weather conditions.
Warm Weather Shipping
To ensure your product arrives in the best condition we do not offer 3-day Delivery during the Warm Weather period. View dates for warm weather in the bulleted list below. During the warm weather period, we may ship our products in specially designed cartons and utilize cool packs. To cover the cost of the additional packaging, a nominal charge is added to our regular shipping rates.
- AL, AZ, CA, FL, LA, MS, NM, NV, TX require warm-climate insulated shippers from March 12 - November 13. Appropriate shipping rates and charges apply.
- AR, CO, DE, DC, GA, KS, NC, NJ, NY, OK, SC, TN, UT, WV, WY require warm-climate insulated shippers from April 2 - October 31.
- AK, CT, ID, IL, IN, IA, HI, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NE, NH, ND, OH, OR, PA, RI, SD, VT, VA, WA, WI require warm-climate insulated shippers from May 14 - October 1.
Shipping Delays
Though UPS is an extremely reliable shipping agent, there are times when even they are unable to provide on-time delivery, such as during extreme weather situations, national emergencies etc. We ask for your patience during these times and promise to get your gift to its destination as soon as possible. Freshly prepared apples will be shipped as soon as proper delivery resumes.
