"I placed a gift order, then on a whim, placed an order for my family. I received the pkg and so far every apple (4) has been mushy. How is this even possible for granny smiths?!? I contacted customer service who asked for photos or oroof. I advised I did not save the apples, but trashed them upon not being able to consume them; however, they were welcome to the remaining four. I should note, my initial concern was that of the GIFT order I sent. I wanted to ensure it was if the quality I thought this company stood for. I reminded them of this concern in my contact. I was advised I would be credited for the four poor apples. WHAT?!? Hard pass on them in all future gifting and orders."

"I ordered a 12 pack of original assorted apples. Upon receiving them I immediately found 4 were spoiled with fermented liquid in their packaging. I contacted customer service and they were willing to ship out a replacement for those 4. Once we receiving the replacement and started wrapping the apples as gifts we found another spoiled apple in the original order. By that time it was too late to get a replacement in time and I was tired of dealing with it anyway. We've never had this problem before this year but we technically still wound up an apple short on our order. We might order a smaller amount next year, the 12 pack is the largest order we've ever put in - never had issue with smaller orders in the past"
