To further ensure your gourmet gift is as fresh as possible, we use UPS for all of our deliveries. UPS has suspended service guarantees. If you need your items by a specific date, we recommend having them delivered 1-2 days in advance.

Our maximum time in transit is 3 business days and our default shipping methods are Ground or 3-Day Air depending on destination. If you need your gift sooner, we offer 2- and 1-Day Air delivery services.*

Shipping rates are calculated per recipient and based on non-discounted product prices.

We ship to the 48 continental states, Alaska and Hawaii. For shipment to Alaska and Hawaii, an additional charge will apply. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We suggest shipping to an address where you know somebody will be available to receive the package; for example, the recipient's workplace. UPS may leave gifts at a destination in which no one is home.We cannot provide refunds for deliveries where no recipient was available. Keep in mind our gifts are perishable and shouldn't be exposed to the elements for too long, especially in warm or freezing weather conditions.

We are experienced in shipping our products to warm climates. During the summer months and as the weather dictates, we ship our products in specially designed cartons with ice packs. To ensure product quality, we may not offer 3-Day Air or long distance ground shipping. Please see seasonal dates below to see when we may offer shipping restrictions and insulate your shipments.

Though UPS is an extremely reliable shipping agent, there are times when they are unable to provide on-time delivery, such as during extreme weather situations, national emergencies, etc. We ask for your patience during these times and promise to get your gift to its destination as soon as possible. Due to the shipping volume of our partners and the potential for seasonal weather delays, we actively monitor orders and make adjustments to meet requested delivery dates. As a result, it is possible an order may arrive 1-2 days ahead of a requested date.

In order to allow us to prepare your order for shipment, we are unable to change orders within 24 hours of a scheduled shipment. If you wish to make a modification to an order, contact the Mrs Prindables Customer Service team at 888.215.1100. Order edits cannot be submitted via email.
