"I placed an order to be delivered on the 16th of October. The next day I received an email confirming the delivery was arriving the next day. I contacted Mrs prindables to explain the error. And I was told there was nothing they could do. It was an ARbnb and I was not there to receive it. I utilize Mrs prindables a lot. But I will not be using them anymore. I was out $80.00. Very unhappy with customer service. The woman I spoke with was not very nice"
