"I’ve ordered from Mrs Prindables for years and been extremely satisfied. But these apples delivered on October 1 were warm and the chocolate had melted. It was an unusually warm day here for October. They had been packed well in dry ice, but the ice was all evaporated. They were edible, but not nice enough to give as a gift because the chocolate was stuck to the wrappers and had to be scraped off and they didn’t look nice enough to gift."
