How long will my Caramel Apples stay fresh?
Our Caramel Apples are best enjoyed soon after receipt. If you're unable to enjoy them immediately, place your Caramel Apples in the refrigerator. Caramel Apples will typically remain fresh for two weeks if refrigerated, possibly longer. Also, never freeze a MRS PRINDABLES Apple. Remember Mother Nature is not perfect. So don't wait too long!

Our Natural Caramels and Chocolate and Caramel Dipped Pretzels, in their original stay fresh packaging, will stay at their best for up to three months. Remember to always keep chocolate away from heat!

Are Mrs Prindables gifts gluten-free?
The apples, caramel and all of the constituent ingredients from which our caramel is made are completely gluten-free. Most of the toppings applied to our Caramel Apples are also completely gluten-free. However, while the items listed below are manufactured from gluten-free ingredients, the plant in which they are produced also produces products from ingredients that do contain gluten. Thus there is a possibility that trace quantities of gluten may be entrained in otherwise gluten-free products, through the air or other migration paths. How do I serve a Mrs Prindables Caramel Apple?

What does your commitment to customer satisfaction entail?
We put a great deal of attention into delivering our product to you. We make our Gourmet Caramel Apples to order and ship 3-day or faster to maximize freshness.
However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 15 days. We'll make it right!
If you purchased our products from a retailer other than Mrs Prindables, please contact the retailer, directly, for resolution. Please remember to keep your receipts.

Are your products manufactured with nuts?
Yes, we do use peanuts and tree nuts in our facility. While we are very careful to clean the equipment between products, there is always a slight chance of cross contamination.

Do you sell Wholesale?
To qualify for wholesale information you need to resell gourmet food items. If you currently re-sell or plan to re-sell gourmet food items then please email CustomerService@MrsPrindables.com or fax (847) 588-0392 us your request along with a copy of your re-sale license. Please include your business name, address, telephone number, website, contact name, and contact information. Additionally, include the names of (3) other gourmet vendors you currently work with. Once we review your information we will email you the wholesale catalog and price list.

Do you customize your products?
Custom branding options are available through our Corporate Sales department on a number of our products. Additional fees and minimums apply. We do not readily offer the option to customize Caramel Apple flavors or the contents of Caramel Apple Gift Baskets, Caramel Apple Trays, or other Caramel Apple Gift Sets. Mrs Prindables products are produced the way they are shown online and in our catalogs. Custom product may be designed for large quantity orders.

How will my Mrs Prindables gift be shipped?
We ship all of our gifts via UPS. We offer a standard 3-day service, expedited 2-day service, and express overnight service. UPS may require a signature at time of delivery. However, most drivers will leave the package without a signature. If the package is not left without signature, UPS will attempt to make a delivery up to three times, and then the package will be returned to us. We suggest picking a delivery location where you know somebody will be available, for example, his/her workplace. We cannot provide refunds for deliveries where no recipient was available.

Can I edit my order?
In order to allow us to prepare your order for shipment we are unable to change orders within 3-5 days of scheduled shipment. If you wish to make a modification to an order, our Mrs Prindables Customer Service team can assist with any modifications needed to existing orders prior to that time. You can reach our staff at 888.215.1100. Edit order requests must be made over the phone and cannot be done via email.

Is shipping ever delayed?
Though UPS is an extremely reliable shipping agent, there are times when they are unable to provide on-time delivery, such as during extreme weather situations, national emergencies, etc. We ask for your patience during these delays and promise to get your gift to its destination as soon as possible.

My Tracking number is not working.
Your UPS tracking number is generated at the time your product is made. It is possible that the UPS Hub has not yet scanned your package. Please give 24 hours before looking up the number.

How soon can my order be delivered?
We produce our Caramel Apples, Caramel Apple Gift Sets, Caramel Apple Trays, and Caramel Apple Gift Baskets to order Monday through Friday. We typically deliver packages within three business days but do also offer expedited shipping services. The most up-to-date delivery options for your recipient address(es) will be displayed at checkout.

Can I have my order delivered to a PO box?
Unfortunately, UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes so we cannot send our products to PO Boxes.

When will my credit card be charged?
When paying via credit card, you may be charged up to 7 days in advance of your order shipment date, or the day your order ships. If your order has multiple items with different shipping locations, your credit card will be charged for the entire order based on the first shipment date. When paying via PayPal, you will be charged immediately when you submit the order.

How do I cancel an order?

Will you send an order confirmation email?
Yes, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided when placing your order; it will include the same information as the order confirmation page. We will also send you an email when the order ships, with your tracking number, so you'll know it's on its way.

How can I find out the status of an order placed online?

May I use a credit card company issued gift card?
Gift Cards from major credit card companies are treated like credit cards. Our system only allows one credit card per transaction. You may use credit card authorized gift cards providing the balance available will cover the entire value of your order.
